Privacy Policy

This site is operated by Prevail Partners (ABN 32 474 956 639) as the listing and sale-management platform for the sale of the UBX South Bank business. The business itself is owned by UBX SB Pty Ltd (ABN 50 423 845 768) as trustee for the Maudie and Frank Trust, trading as UBX South Bank (the “owner”). This policy explains how your personal information is handled in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.

What we collect

  • Your contact details — name, email address and phone number.
  • Your qualification answers — timeframe, buyer type, funding position and areas of interest — where you provide them.
  • Your NDA acceptance record, where you request confidential information — the version agreed, and the date, time, IP address and browser (user-agent) at the moment you agree, kept as evidence of your agreement.
  • Basic analytics about how the site is used (via cookies / similar technology), which may be linked to you once you submit a form.

Why we collect it

To respond to your enquiry, assess your interest in acquiring the business, process and record your agreement to the confidentiality undertaking, deliver the confidential information you request, and understand and improve how the site performs. Providing your information is voluntary, but we may be unable to respond to you or grant access without it.

Who we share it with

We share your information with the owner of UBX South Bank so they can consider your enquiry and decide whether to grant access. We also use trusted service providers to run this site — including hosting and database (Supabase, Vercel), email delivery (Resend), product analytics (PostHog) and owner notifications (Telegram). Some of these providers store or process data on servers located outside Australia (including in the United States); we take reasonable steps to ensure they handle your information consistently with this policy. We do not sell your personal information.

Storage, security and retention

We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access, and we keep it only for as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.

Access, correction and complaints

You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or make a privacy complaint, by emailing roy.mcpherson@ubxtraining.com.au. We will respond within a reasonable time. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.
